Eco Homes Direct applied all it’s Eco design & build resources and skill to turn an old terraced house located in Reading, Berkshire into a Modern, Trendy , Comfortable home in keeping with even the top homes in London making it the envy of the street and added value to properties all around with more clients coming forward to do the same. This was no simple ask as not only were we to transform the internal look to modern, minimalistic but clients wanted a ground floor extension, transverse stairs with lighting and a new room in the roof and extra bathroom. The whole house was gutted and rooms and stairs were transposed along with new boilers and bathrooms plus an uptodate kitchen on order. Grey & White plus a wood burning stove added to the new calm look and extra insulation and solid double glazed windows and patio doors all played their part in making the house feel like new and becoming a home to be proud of. It took some careful attention to detail and updated technology for the heating systems and electrics but the result was stunning. Very happy clients who are now looking to invest in their next terraced house with a view to doing it all again. Great teamwork.
